If you have purchased wItem Installer license, you are entitled to free technical support via email within a year. Our software is very inexpensive, and we do not currently have the resources to provide this level of support over the telephone.

Please fill out this form and click send. When reporting problems, please specify:

• the version of the product you are running
• your Windows version
• details about the problem:
  - whether it is reproducible
  - how often it occurs
  - the error message you get, etc.
• Please also attach your project file (.wip).

The more information you provide, the easier it is to locate and solve the problem, and the faster we can serve you. Otherwise, we will have to ask you for more information.
